深伪信息攻击背景下的舆情态势感知与水军力量消弭机制

Public Opinion Situational Awareness and Elimination Mechanism of Cyber Troll Power in the Context of Deepfake Information Attacks

摘要 AIGC技术与网络水军的结合加剧了舆情态势感知与水军干预的难度,快速识别并应对此类新型深伪信息攻击活动成为维护网络信息安全的重要任务。文章聚焦AIGC在舆情事件中的作用特征及其干预策略,从AIGC负面作用削弱、舆情疏导稀释与水军控制力量消弭三方面入手,构建应对深度伪造信息攻击的舆情态势感知与水军力量消弭机制。该机制涵盖三个关键步骤:通过双混沌优化粒子群算法确定AIGC作用幅度、基于时序超网络算法部署舆情态势感知以及结合孪生支持向量机及遮蔽-解蔽二重性理论实现水军识别与力量消弭。结果显示,该机制在舆情态势感知、水军特征分析及力量消弭方面效果显著。 The combination of AIGC technology and cyber trolls has intensified the difficulty of public opinion situational awareness and intervention of online trolls,and it has become an important task to quickly identify and effectively respond to such new deepfake information attacks to safeguard network information security.Focusing on the role of AIGC in public opinion events and its intervention strategies,this paper develops a mechanism for public opinion situational awareness and the elimination of the power of cyber trolls to counteract deepfake information attacks in terms of mitigating the negative role of AIGC,providing public opinion guidance,and reducing the impact of cyber troll forces.The mechanism consists of three key steps:determining the magnitude of AIGC’s influence by a dual chaos optimized particle swarm algorithm,providing public opinion monitoring based on a text temporal super network algorithm,and identifying and eliminating cyber troll forces by integrating the twin support vector machine algorithm with the masking-unmasking duality theory.The results show that the mechanism is effective in public opinion situational awareness,cyber troll characterization and force elimination.
