摘要
血管外科疾病(如动脉粥样硬化、动脉瘤、静脉血栓、慢性静脉功能不全等)的发病机制复杂,涉及细胞衰老、内皮功能障碍、炎性反应、代谢异常、血管重塑及多系统互作等众多过程。各种临床研究和手术技术革新,以及近年来单细胞测序、空间转录组学、干细胞和人工智能技术的应用,推动了血管外科学科发展和对血管疾病分子机制的深入解析。血管外科疾病基础研究的突破(如基因编辑、生物工程),将有利于实现多学科交叉,为促进临床转化打下坚实的基础。学科和多系统融合、技术创新与资源整合将是学科发展和基础研究的关键促发点。
The pathological mechanisms of vascular diseases(such as atherosclerosis,aneurysms,venous thrombosis,chronic venous insufficiency,etc.)are complex,involving numerous processes such as cellular senescence,endothelial dysfunction,inflammatory responses,metabolic abnormalities,vascular remodeling,and multi-system interactions.Various clinical studies and surgical technique innovations,along with the application of single-cell sequencing,spatial transcriptomics,stem cell,and artificial intelligence technologies in recent years,have driven the development of vascular surgery and the in-depth analysis of the molecular mechanisms of vascular diseases.Breakthroughs in basic science research on vascular surgical diseases(such as gene editing and bioengineering)will facilitate interdisciplinary integration and establish a solid foundation for promoting clinical translational process.The integration of disciplines and multi-organ systems,technological innovation and resource integration will be the key drivers for the development of the discipline and basic science research.
