摘要
本文基于劈开砖和实体空心砖的开放式陶砖幕墙系统进行分析,旨在提供适合开放式陶砖系统幕墙的施工技术方案,增加开放式陶砖系统幕墙施工质量的保障。为此,主要研究了陶砖系统幕墙设计原理,分析了由陶砖、支撑骨架系统、连接件等形成的陶砖系统幕墙结构,并分析了铝合金挂件干挂劈开砖和圆钢穿孔实体空心砖不同连接形式的特点。最后,归纳了陶砖系统幕墙的关键施工技术,最终淋水试验结果合格,实现了开放式陶砖系统幕墙施工技术的有效应用。本文撰写对于开放式陶砖系统幕墙施工领域的发展具有一定推动意义。
This article analyzes the open ceramic tile curtain wall system based on split bricks and solid hollow bricks,aiming to provide a construction technology solution suitable for open ceramic tile system curtain walls and increase the guarantee of construction quality for open ceramic tile system curtain walls.For this purpose,the design principles of ceramic brick system curtain walls were mainly studied,and the structure of ceramic brick system curtain walls formed by ceramic bricks,supporting skeleton systems,connectors,etc.was analyzed.The characteristics of different connection forms of aluminum alloy pendant dry hanging split bricks and round steel perforated solid hollow bricks were also analyzed.Finally,the key construction techniques of the ceramic tile system curtain wall were summarized,and the final water spraying test results were qualified,achieving the effective application of the open ceramic tile system curtain wall construction technology.This article has certain driving significance for the development of open ceramic tile system curtain wall construction field.
