摘要
为了研究在湿热环境条件下不同连接形式的力学性能,对螺接、混合连接和2种环氧胶粘剂国外竞品“1#”和我司产品“2#”胶接的高温、湿热使用环境下性能进行测试,并研究热老化和湿热老化环境之下的剪切强度、剥离强度。结果表明:70℃老化后对2种环氧结构胶的胶接铝合金/铝合金、碳纤维/碳纤维以及有机玻璃/碳纤维剪切性能几乎没有影响,铝合金/碳纤维剪切性能中“2#”几乎无影响,“1#”下降超过20%;湿热老化后对两种环氧结构胶胶接的铝合金/铝合金剪切性能中“1#”几乎无影响,“2#”下降未超过10%,铝合金/碳纤维剪切性能中“2#”无影响,“1#”下降超过20%,碳纤维/碳纤维剪切性能均下降不超过10%,碳纤维/有机玻璃剪切性能中“2#”下降未超过10%,“1#”下降超过20%。
In order to study the mechanical properties of different connection forms under the condition of hygro⁃thermal environment,the properties of screw connection,mixed connection and two kinds of epoxy adhesive foreign competitors“1#”and our company's products“2#”were tested under high temperature and hygrothermal environ⁃ment,and the shear strength and peel strength under thermal aging and hygrothermal aging environment were stud⁃ied.The results show that after aging at 70℃,there is almost no effect on the shear properties of two kinds of epoxy structural adhesive bonded aluminum alloy/aluminum alloy,carbon fiber/carbon fiber and plexiglass/carbon fi⁃ber.In the shear properties of aluminum alloy/carbon fiber,“2#”has almost no effect,and“1#”decreases by more than 20%.After hygrothermal aging,“1#”has almost no effect on the shear properties of aluminum alloy/alumi⁃num alloy bonded by two epoxy structural adhesives,“2#”decreases by less than 10%,“2#”has no effect on the shear properties of aluminum alloy/carbon fiber,“1#”decreases by more than 20%,and the shear properties of car⁃bon fiber/carbon fiber decrease by less than 10%.In the shear properties of carbon fiber/plexiglass,“2#”decreas⁃es by less than 10%,“1#”decreases by more than 20%.
