摘要
本研究围绕煤矿信息化与智能化架构设计及关键技术展开,提出了由感知层、传输层、数据层、应用层和决策层组成的五层架构体系。采用传感器实时监测矿井环境参数,结合工业以太网、5G等技术实现高效数据传输,采用分布式存储与大数据分析,集成机器学习优化生产调度,通过智能算法实现安全与效率协同优化。研究表明,人工智能、大数据、物联网及区块链等技术显著提升了煤矿生产效率、安全性和可持续发展能力,为智能化转型提供了技术支撑。
This study focuses on the architecture design and key technologies of coal mine informatization and intelligence,and proposes a five layer architecture system consisting of perception layer,transmission layer,data layer,application layer,and decision layer.Real time monitoring of mine environmental parameters using sensors,combined with industrial Ethernet,5G and other technologies to achieve efficient data transmission,distributed storage and big data analysis,integrated machine learning to optimize production scheduling,and intelligent algorithms to achieve coordinated optimization of safety and efficiency.Research has shown that technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,the Internet of Things,and blockchain have significantly improved coal mine production efficiency,safety,and sustainable development capabilities,providing technical support for intelligent transformation.
