摘要
随着电力行业市场化改革的不断深入,供电服务质量日益成为电力企业核心竞争力的关键因素,基于客户用电数据实现精准营销和个性化服务,已成为供电服务中心面临的重大挑战。针对这一挑战,提出了一种基于大数据挖掘的供电服务个性化方法。充分挖掘了客户用电数据的潜在价值,为供电服务中心提供了精准营销和个性化服务的新思路,对提升电力企业核心竞争力、推动电力行业高质量发展具有重要意义。
With the continuous deepening of market-oriented reforms in the power industry,the quality of power supply services has become a key factor in the core competitiveness of power enterprises.Based on customer electricity data,achieving precise marketing and personalized services has become a major challenge faced by power supply service centers.A personalized method for power supply services based on big data mining has been proposed to address this challenge.Fully tapping into the potential value of customer electricity data has provided new ideas for precise marketing and personalized services for power supply service centers,which is of great significance for enhancing the core competitiveness of power enterprises and promoting high-quality development of the power industry.
