摘要
基于某600 MW等级机组的实际运行数据,分析主蒸汽压力与温度的实测偏差及其对热效率、燃耗水平和设备寿命的作用机理。采用热效率回归建模与仿真对比的方法,评估参数波动引起的系统响应特性,并设计主蒸汽动态协同控制策略。研究结果表明,合理优化主蒸汽参数可提升热力系统经济性,节煤潜力明确,成本回收周期可控。研究为提升高参数机组运行效益提供了理论支撑与实践路径。
Based on the actual operating data of a 600MW class unit,analyze the measured deviation of main steam pressure and temperature and its mechanism on thermal efficiency,fuel consumption level,and equipment life.Using the method of thermal efficiency regression modeling and simulation comparison,evaluate the system response characteristics caused by parameter fluctuations,and design a dynamic collaborative control strategy for main steam.The research results indicate that optimizing the main steam parameters reasonably can improve the economic efficiency of the thermal system,clarify the potential for coal savings,and control the cost recovery cycle.The research provides theoretical support and practical path for improving the operational efficiency of high parameter units.
