基于模型预测控制的主蒸汽温度调节方法分析

摘要 探讨了基于模型预测控制(MPC)方法的主蒸汽温度调节技术。首先介绍了MPC的基本原理,并分析了主蒸汽温度在锅炉系统中的重要性,重点讨论了其对锅炉热效率、燃料利用率、蒸汽质量、发电效率以及设备安全运行的影响。接着阐述了如何构建主蒸汽温度控制系统模型,并设计了MPC控制算法,介绍了约束条件的处理方式以及实时控制与优化的实施。通过采用二次规划(QP)方法,确保了MPC算法能够高效地进行实时优化,实现精确的主蒸汽温度调节。研究表明,基于MPC的温度调节方法能够有效提高锅炉系统的运行效率与安全性,具有重要的应用价值。 This article explores the main steam temperature regulation technology based on Model Predictive Control(MPC)method.Firstly,the basic principles of MPC were introduced,and the importance of main steam temperature in boiler systems was analyzed.The focus was on discussing its impact on boiler thermal efficiency,fuel utilization,steam quality,power generation efficiency,and equipment safety operation.Next,the article elaborates in detail on how to construct a main steam temperature control system model,designs an MPC control algorithm,introduces the handling of constraint conditions,and implements real-time control and optimization.By adopting the Quadratic Programming(QP)method,this paper ensures that the MPC algorithm can efficiently perform real-time optimization and achieve precise main steam temperature regulation.Research has shown that temperature regulation methods based on MPC can effectively improve the operational efficiency and safety of boiler systems,and have important application value.
