摘要
提出了一种基于物联网的输配电设备智能运维系统,旨在解决传统运维方式效率低、故障预警不及时等问题。系统融合传感器网络、5G/NB-IoT数据传输及大数据分析技术,实现设备实时监控、故障预警与远程控制。通过高精度传感器采集关键数据,结合机器学习与深度学习算法,精准评估设备状态并提前预警潜在故障。系统在中低压变电站、工业企业和商业楼宇等场景中应用,显著降低故障停机时间与运维成本,提升设备运行效率和可靠性。其数据分析能力为预防性维护提供依据,优化设备运行参数,助力电力行业智能化运维发展。
This article proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance system for power transmission and distribution equipment based on the Internet of Things,aiming to solve the problems of low efficiency and untimely fault warning in traditional operation and maintenance methods.The system integrates sensor networks,5G/NB IoT data transmission,and big data analysis technologies to achieve real-time monitoring,fault warning,and remote control of equipment.By collecting key data through high-precision sensors and combining machine learning and deep learning algorithms,the device status can be accurately evaluated and potential faults can be warned in advance.The system is applied in scenarios such as medium and low voltage substations,industrial enterprises,and commercial buildings,significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs,and improving equipment operation efficiency and reliability.Its data analysis capability provides a basis for preventive maintenance,optimizes equipment operating parameters,and assists in the development of intelligent operation and maintenance in the power industry.
