RPA机器人在供电服务业务工单流程自动化中的实践研究

摘要 随着国网公司推动基层业务的数字化转型,RPA技术能够通过模拟人工操作,完成重复、规则化的工作任务,从而提高工作效率并减少人工错误。通过分析供电服务工单处理中的业务痛点,提出了基于RPA技术的自动监控及流程自动化解决方案,旨在通过系统无侵入识别、智能数据提取、与办公软件的交互等多个技术应用,有效减轻员工负担,提升工单处理效率。 With the promotion of digital transformation of grassroots business by State Grid Corporation of China,RPA technology can simulate manual operations to complete repetitive and standardized work tasks,thereby improving work efficiency and reducing human errors.This article analyzes the business pain points in power supply service work order processing and proposes an automatic monitoring and process automation solution based on RPA technology.The aim is to effectively reduce the workload of employees and improve work order processing efficiency through multiple technological applications such as non-invasive system recognition,intelligent data extraction,and interaction with office software.
