摘要
以国网重庆市电力公司为例,深入探讨电网企业在数字化技术及建设方面的实践。当前,电网企业数字化转型面临诸多挑战,包括数字技术渗透不足、管理方式滞后以及数据管理平台不完善等。为解决这些问题,明确了以价值创造为核心的数据管理顶层设计,搭建了科学的组织架构,建立了数据应用管理模式,梳理并优化了业务流程,配套了完善的标准制度,搭建了先进的开放平台,并落地了严格的闭环管控。通过这些举措,充分运用数字化技术,提升了数据管理能力和数字化水平,推进了国有企业的数字化转型,落实了国网公司互联网企业的战略部署,助力了业务管理数字化的转型升级。未来,电网企业应持续深化数字化技术及建设,加强技术创新和人才培养,进一步提升数据管理质量和效率,以适应数字经济时代的发展需求,为企业的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。
This article takes State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company as an example to explore in depth the practice of digital technology and construction in power grid enterprises.Currently,the digital transformation of power grid enterprises faces many challenges,including insufficient penetration of digital technology,outdated management methods,and incomplete data management platforms.To address these issues,the company has established a top-level design for data management with value creation at its core,built a scientific organizational structure,established a data application management model,streamlined and optimized business processes,established comprehensive standard systems,built an advanced open platform,and implemented strict closed-loop control.Through these measures,the company has fully utilized digital technology to enhance its data management capabilities and digitalization level.It has promoted the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises,implemented the strategic deployment of Internet enterprises of State Grid Corporation of China,and helped the transformation and upgrading of digital business management of the company.In the future,power grid enterprises should continue to deepen digital technology and construction,strengthen technological innovation and talent cultivation,further improve the quality and efficiency of data management,in order to meet the development needs of the digital economy era and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
