摘要
随着建筑行业对精确度、效率和可持续性要求的提升,BIM技术被广泛地认为是提升建筑项目成功率的关键工具。BIM技术不仅优化了传统流程,减少了资源浪费和项目延误,还增强了各参与方之间的协同作业能力,实现了项目信息的透明化和即时更新,因此研究BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用,对于推动行业进步、提高项目管理水平具有一定的参考价值。
With the increasing demand for accuracy,efficiency,and sustainability in the construction industry,BIM technology is increasingly recognized as a key tool for improving the success rate of construction projects.It not only optimizes traditional processes,reduces resource waste and project delays,but also enhances the collaborative ability among all parties involved,achieving transparency and real-time updates of project information.Therefore,this article studies the application of BIM technology in construction project management,which has certain reference value for promoting industry progress and improving project management level.
