摘要
为了有效提升建筑工程的施工效率与管理水平,降低项目成本并减少施工过程中的错误与冲突,建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术逐渐在建筑工程领域得到了广泛应用。从BIM技术概述出发,构建了一套基于BIM技术的建筑工程施工管理模型,并将该模型应用于实际工程项目的各个阶段,进一步分析了BIM技术在提升项目管理效能、优化资源配置、增强协同作业能力等方面的显著优势。
In order to effectively improve the construction efficiency and management level of construction projects,reduce project costs,and minimize errors and conflicts in the construction process,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has gradually been widely applied in the field of construction engineering.Starting from an overview of BIM technology,this paper constructs a construction management model for construction projects based on BIM technology,applies the model to each stage of actual engineering projects,and further analyzes the significant advantages of BIM technology in enhancing project management efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,and strengthening collaborative operation capabilities.
