摘要
智能变电站变电运维安全管控对保障设备完整性、提升系统稳定性及降低运维风险至关重要。然而,当前仍面临网络安全威胁、技术标准差异及管理体系不足等问题,因此需采取措施对智能变电站进行优化。优化措施包括构建多层次安全防御体系、提升系统兼容性与稳定性、加强智能运维能力建设。通过引入量子加密、区块链防护、IEC 61850标准及数字孪生技术,可增强系统安全性与协同能力,同时通过智能化培训提升运维人员技能,实现智能变电站高效、安全运行。
The safety control of intelligent substation operation and maintenance is crucial for ensuring equipment integrity,improving system stability,and reducing operation and maintenance risks.However,there are still issues such as network security threats,differences in technical standards,and insufficient management systems,so measures need to be taken to optimize smart substations.Optimization measures include building a multi-level security defense system,enhancing system compatibility and stability,and strengthening the construction of intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities.By introducing quantum encryption,blockchain protection,IEC 61850 standard,and digital twin technology,system security and collaboration capabilities can be enhanced.At the same time,intelligent training can improve the skills of operation and maintenance personnel,achieving efficient and secure operation of smart substations.
