64份籽粒苋资源遗传多样性分析

Analysis on the Genetic Diversity of 64 Amaranthus caudatus Germplasm Resources

摘要 籽粒苋营养丰富,被誉为最有发展潜力的作物之一。为筛选优异的籽粒苋资源,对64份籽粒苋品种的籽粒数值性状和农艺性状进行分析,结果表明,15个数值性状的变异系数范围为4.79%~40.40%,仅有籽粒长、籽粒宽、籽粒周长和籽粒面积等4个数值性状的变异系数小于10%。遗传多样性指数介于0.90~1.42之间,其中叶长的遗传变异系数最小,而花序长的遗传多样性最大;16个数值性状相关性分析显示,籽粒外观数值性状之间相关性较强;粗脂肪含量与籽粒颜色负相关;茎粗与叶柄长、叶宽显著正相关,叶柄长与叶宽显著正相关;主成分分析提取了4个主要成分,累积贡献率为66.76%;聚类分析将64份籽粒苋资源分为四大类群,类群Ⅰ特点为籽粒小,籽粒蛋白质、总淀粉含量少,植株高大,花序较长,类群Ⅱ特点为单宁含量较高,叶子比较宽,类群Ⅲ特点为粗脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉含量较高,叶子较长,株高最矮;类群Ⅳ特点为籽粒最大,籽粒脂肪含量较少,叶子小,花序较短。 Amaranthus caudatus is rich in nutrients and is regarded as one of the crops with the greatest development potential.To screen for superior Amaranthus caudatus resources,the numerical and agronomic traits of 64 Amaranthus caudatus varieties were analyzed.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 15 numerical traits ranged from 4.79%to 40.40%,and only four numerical traits,namely grain length,grain width,grain circumference and grain area,had a coefficient of variation of less than 10%.The genetic diversity index ranged from 0.90 to 1.42.Among them,the genetic variation coefficient of long middle leaves was the smallest,while the genetic diversity of long inflorescences was the greatest.The correlation analysis of 16 numerical traits showed that the correlation between the numerical traits of grain appearance was strong.The crude fat content was negatively correlated with the color of the grains.There was a significant positive correlation between stem thickness and petiole length and leaf width,and there was also a significant positive correlation between petiole length and leaf width.Principal component analysis extracted four main components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 66.76%.Cluster analysis classified 64 resources of amaranthus seeds into four major groups.GroupⅠwas characterized by small seeds,low protein and total starch content in seeds,tall plants,and long inflorescences.GroupⅡwas characterized by high tannin content and wide leaves.GroupⅢwas characterized by high crude fat,protein and starch content,long leaves,and the shortest plant height.GroupⅣwas characterized by the largest grains,low fat content in the grains,small leaves and short inflorescences.
