摘要
实现现代化是世界各国人民的共同目标,也是全球南方国家的共同追求。中国是“全球南方”的重要成员,中国共产党领导的中国式现代化既有各国现代化的共同特征,更有基于自己国情的中国特色,其内在蕴含的世界视野和人类情怀使得中国能够与其他全球南方国家深入开展现代化交流互鉴。立足各方在推进现代化进程中面临的共性情况,中国与其他全球南方国家可以围绕经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明建设等核心议题开展对话合作,并以相互尊重、求同存异、合作共赢为理念遵循,通过多元主体协同、强化议题设定、加强机制平台建设、构建现代化话语体系等实践路径来深入推进现代化交流互鉴,共同谱写“全球南方”携手推进现代化事业的新篇章。
Realizing modernization is the common goal of the peoples all over the world and the common pursuit of the Global South countries.China is an important member of the Global South,and Chinese modernization led by the CPC has not only the common features of modernization in all countries,but also Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions,and its inherent global vision and humanistic sentiments make it possible for China to carry out in-depth exchanges and mutual learning of modernization with other Global South countries.Based on the common situations faced by all parties in the process of modernization,China and other Global South countries can carry out dialogues and cooperation on core issues such as economic,political,cultural,social and ecological civilization construction,and follow the concepts of mutual respect,seeking common points while reserving differences,and win-win cooperation,through the practice approaches such as the synergy of pluralistic main bodies,strengthened issue-setting,enhanced mechanism and platform construction,and construction of modernization discourse system,etc.,to further promote the modernization exchanges and mutual learning,and jointly write a new chapter of the"Clobal South"working hand in hand to promote the cause of modernization.
