摘要
目的:观察中药局部外用、手法松解及关节腔封闭注射联合治疗肩周炎的效果。方法:选取2024年6月—2025年2月射洪市中医院收治的肩周炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用关节腔封闭注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药局部外用、手法松解治疗。比较两组肩部疼痛情况、睡眠质量及肩关节功能。结果:治疗4、12周后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4、12周后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗4、12周后,观察组活动度、日常生活、肌力、疼痛评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药局部外用、手法松解及关节腔封闭注射联合治疗肩周炎的效果较好,可减轻疼痛,改善睡眠质量,促进肩关节功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the effect of local external application of traditional Chinese medicine,manual release and joint cavity injection for blockage in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods:From June 2024 to February 2025,a total of 60 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis admitted to Shehong Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with joint cavity injection for blockage,and the observation group was treated with local external application of traditional Chinese medicine and manual release on the basis of the control group.The shoulder pain,sleep quality and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the activity,daily life,muscle strength and pain scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of local external application of traditional Chinese medicine,manual release and joint cavity injection for blockage has better effects in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis,and can relieve pain,improve sleep quality and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
