摘要
PCD圆锯片是一种高效切割工具。锯片内部的应力大小是影响锯片切割质量、效率以及锯片使用寿命的重要因素之一,所以PCD圆锯片在使用之前需要将锯片的应力校准在合适的范围之内。高频焊接是导致锯片内部应力变化的主要因素。通过研究三个外径尺寸为Φ255 mm、Φ305 mm和Φ355 mm的PCD圆锯片分别在初始应力范围为-0.2~<-0.1 mm、-0.1~<0 mm、0~<0.1 mm、0.1~<0.2 mm等4个不同应力范围条件下,记录在700℃下高频焊接后应力的变化值,从而归纳得出PCD锯片在高频焊接下的应力主要正向增加约0.5~0.6 mm。
PCD circular saw blade is an efficient cutting tool.The stress inside the saw blade matrix is one of the important factors that affect the cutting quality,efficiency and service life of the saw blade.Therefore,the PCD circular saw blade needs to calibrate the stress of the saw blade within a suitable range before use.The high frequency welding is the main factor that causes the internal stress change of saw blade.The PCD circular saw blade with outer diameterΦ255 mm、Φ305 mm andΦ355 mm was studied under four different stress ranges,namely,initial stress range of-0.2 mm to-0.1 mm,-0.1 mm to 0 mm,0 mm to 0.1 mm,0.1 mm to 0.2 mm.The change value of stress after high frequency welding was recorded at 700℃.It is concluded that the stress of PCD saw blade under high-frequency welding is mainly increased by 0.5 mm to 0.6 mm,meeting the operational requirements for circular saw blades.
