摘要
本文对PCD磨削加工工艺进行了试验。结果表明:在进行PCD粗加工时,宜选用粗粒度、高强度金刚石磨料和采用较大的磨削压力。
This paper discusses the grinding tests on polycrystalline diamond. The resultsindicate that, when rough finishing polycrystalline diamond, it's better to select coarse size andhigher strength diamond grains, where higher grinding pressure in necessary.
