摘要
数字化转型背景下,准确识别并深入分析影响综合档案馆智慧服务质量的主要因素,是综合档案馆落实国家“十四五”档案事业发展规划的重要实践,更是提高综合档案馆智慧服务水平和质量的必然要求。以信息系统成功模型为基础,结合综合档案馆的智慧服务过程,从信息生态学的角度构建了综合档案馆智慧服务质量的影响因素体系。依据灰度分析理论,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验和分析。结果表明:综合档案馆智慧服务质量受到信息人、信息内容、信息技术、信息环境的影响。研究结论为提高综合档案馆智慧服务质量提供了决策参考。
Against the backdrop of digital transformation,accurately identifying and deeply analyzing the main factors influencing the quality of smart services in comprehensive archives is an important practice for comprehensive archives to implement the national"14th Five-Year Plan"for archival affairs development,and it is also an inevitable requirement for improving the quality and level of smart services in comprehensive archives.Based on the information system success model and combined with the smart service process of comprehensive archives,this paper constructs a factor system influencing the quality of smart services in comprehensive archives from the perspective of information ecology.According to the theory of grey analysis,the structural equation model is used for empirical testing and analysis.The results show that the quality of smart services in comprehensive archives is influenced by information people,information content,information technology,and information environment.The research conclusion provides decision-making reference for improving the quality of smart services in comprehensive archives.
