基于有机朗肯循环螺杆膨胀机热电联供技术的综合分析

Comprehensive Analysis of Combined Heat and Power Technology based on Screw Expander of Organic Rankine Cycle

摘要 为了提高能源利用效率,基于温度匹配、梯级利用、低温供热、高温发电原则,提出了有机朗肯循环螺杆膨胀机热电联供技术,系统中新增加了蒸汽螺杆膨胀机系统和有机工质螺杆膨胀机,改造后的系统可以充分利用饱和蒸汽和疏水余热进行发电、供电。将改造后与改造前工业锅炉供热经济性进行了详细的对比。结果表明:在相同运行工况下,主蒸汽流量40 t/h的严寒期、30 t/h的寒冷期和20 t/h的供热初末期,改造后系统新增总发电负荷分别达到0.99,0.75和0.50 MW;供热负荷分别降低3.67,2.7和1.9 MW。通过改造后,经济效益显著,比改造前经济收益增加340.56万元。 In order to improve energy utilization efficiency,based on the principle of temperature matc-hing,cascade utilization of energy,low-temperature heating and high-temperature power generation,the combined heat and power technology for screw expander of organic Rankine cycle(ORC)system was pro-posed.In the transformed system,the screw expander systems using steam and organic working medium were added,which can fully utilize saturated steam and hydrophobic waste heat for power generation and supply.A detailed comparison was made between the heating economy of the industrial boiler before and after the transformation.The results show that under the same operating conditions,the total additional power generation loads of the transformed system are 0.99,0.75 and 0.50 MW respectively under main steam flow rates of 40 t/h in extremely cold period,30 t/h in cold period and 20 t/h in initial and final heating periods.The heating loads are reduced by 3.67,2.7 and 1.9 MW respectively.Afer the trans-formation,the economic benefits are remarkable,and a detailed comparison with the heating economy be-fore the transformation shows an increase of 3.4056 million yuan in total economic benefits.
