摘要
以某型燃气轮机双层叶片可倒车动力涡轮为研究对象,进行可倒车燃气轮机鼓风损失的变化规律及鼓风损失与涡轮结构间关系的试验研究。通过对可倒车动力涡轮工作过程的分析及理论建模,建立鼓风损失公式,开展单动叶以及安装上游静叶的鼓风损失测试试验,并通过加装进、排气升降挡板减少鼓风损失。结果表明:可倒车动力涡轮的鼓风损失与转速的三次方成正比关系;在上游装有静叶、开放叶轮以及上下游均有挡板的各工况下,鼓风损失功率依次减小,相较于开放叶轮工况,加装挡板后鼓风损失功率降低5~8倍。
Taking a reversible power turbine with double layer blades of gas turbine as research object,the experimental research on the variation law of windage loss of reversible gas turbine and the relation between it and turbine structure was conducted.A windage loss formula was established through analyzing and theoretically modeling the operation process of a reversible power turbine.The windage loss test of turbine with single moving blade and upstream stationary blade was carried out,and the windage loss can be decreased by installing the intake and exhaust up-down baffles.The result shows that the the windage loss of reversible power turbine is a cubic relation with rotational speed;under the conditions of stationary blades and open impellers at upstream,and baffles at both upstream and downstream,the windage loss power decreases sequentially.Compared with the open impeller condition,the windage loss power is de-creased by 5 to 8 times after installing baffles.
