严寒地区混凝土入模温度控制技术研究

摘要 在极地地区严寒环境下,混凝土因受到长期温度季节性周期变化,易出现冻融破坏,直接影响工程结构安全使用寿命。为保障极地地区混凝土施工质量,需确保混凝土入模温度达到技术指标要求,依托俄罗斯东方船坞项目以及设计的混凝土配合比,通过理论公式计算和现场实际比较,结果表明:采用蒸汽对搅拌站供暖保温,对原材料实施加热拌和,当水温加热至40℃以上时,满足混凝土出机温度要求;当水温加热至58℃,出机温度为14.8℃,与现场实际值接近;提出缩短运输距离和对罐车和橄榄车包裹的保温措施,根据热量计算损失公式,理论值为6.8℃,略小于实际入模温度,满足规定要求。 In the cold environment of polar regions,concrete is prone to freezing-thawing damage due to long-term seasonal temperature changes,which directly affects the safe service life of engineering structures.In order to guarantee the concrete construction quality in polar regions,it is necessary to ensure that the concrete molding temperature meets the requirements of technical indicators.Based on the concrete mix ratio of Russia Oriental Shipyard project and design,the theoretical formula calculation and the actual field comparison show that:steam was used for heating and insulation of mixing station,and raw materials were heated and mixed.When the water temperature is heated to more than 40℃,the temperature requirements of concrete outlet can be met.When the water temperature is heated to 58℃,the outlet temperature is 14.8℃,which is close to the actual value on site.According to the heat loss formula,the theoretical value is 6.8℃,slightly less than the actual mold temperature,which meets the specified requirements.
