摘要
在当前信息化时代背景下,数字化建设已成为学校档案管理的重要趋势和发展方向。档案数字化是档案管理过程中重大的历史变革,是学校治理改革的重要载体与途径。档案数字化不仅能有效提升档案的管理效率和利用率,还能更好地满足社会对档案信息的多元化需求,增强学校的社会服务功能。本文以北京宣武红旗业余大学为例,梳理目前学校档案数字化建设现状,统一标准、规范管理、提出对策,探讨成人高校在档案数字化建设中的实践与挑战。
In the context of the current information age,digital construction has become an important trend and development direction for school archives management.The digitization of archives is a major historical transformation in the process of archives management,and it is an important carrier and approach for the reform of school governance.Archives digitization can not only effectively improve the management efficiency and utilization rate of archives,but also better meet the diversified needs of society for archival information and enhance the social service function of schools.Taking Beijing Xuanwu Hongqi Spare-time University as an example,this paper introduces the current status of the school’s archives digitization construction,unifies standards,standardizes management,proposes countermeasures,and discusses the practices and challenges of adult colleges and universities in archives digitization construction.
