摘要
目的探讨腰椎牵引摇摆手法复位治疗急性腰椎后关节紊乱患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2024年6月中国人民解放军92699部队医院收治的110例急性腰椎后关节紊乱患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=58)。对照组采用通筋疏络联合点按穴位治疗,观察组采用腰椎牵引摇摆手法复位治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,疼痛程度及椎体功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.83%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.74±0.68)分,低于对照组的(2.53±0.93)分,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数评分为(25.94±2.26)分,高于对照组的(21.96±2.63)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腰椎牵引摇摆手法复位治疗急性腰椎后关节紊乱患者的效果显著,可提高临床疗效,降低疼痛程度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lumbar traction swing manual reduction in the treatment of patients with acute posterior lumbar joint disorders.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute posterior lumbar joint disorder admitted to the 92699th Unit Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army of China from January 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=58)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with the combination of unblocking tendons and meridians and acupoint pressing,while the observation group was treated with lumbar traction and swing manual reduction.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and vertebral function of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.83%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale score for pain in the observation group was(1.74±0.68)points,which was lower than(2.53±0.93)points in the control group,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association assessment treatment score was(25.94±2.26)points,which was higher than(21.96±2.63)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of lumbar traction swing manual reduction in the treatment of patients with acute posterior lumbar joint disorder is remarkable,which can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the degree of pain.
