摘要
目的观察定点旋推复位手法治疗腰椎后关节功能紊乱症的临床疗效。方法运用定点旋推复位手法对98例腰椎后关节功能紊乱症患者进行治疗。结果治疗98例中,治愈62例(63.26%),显效21例(21.42%),好转10例(10.20%),无效5例(5.10%)。结论腰椎定点旋推复位手法是治疗腰椎后关节功能紊乱症的有效方法,其特点是手法可操作性强、易掌握、患者易接受、临床疗效好、安全可靠值得临床推广应用。
objective To observe the clinical effect of fixed - point rotatory reduction manipulation on posterior articu- lar disorder of lumbar vertebra. Method 98 patients with posterior articular disorder of lumbar vertebra were treated by ro- tatory reduction manipulation of fixed- piont. Results Among the 98 cases, 62 cases were cured （63.26 % ）, 21 cases were treated effectively（21.42 % ）, 10 cases were significant improved（ 10.20 % ）, 5 cases were ineffective. Conclusion Fixed - point rotatory reduction manipulation has better effect on posterior articular disorder of lumbar vertebra. It is easy to master, simplify to operation and also easily accepted by patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
