摘要
为深入了解镜泊湖熔岩台地草本植物根系功能性状的特征,揭示该地区不同生活史草本植物根系的适应机制与策略。研究以牡丹江镜泊湖熔岩台地17种草本植物1级根为研究对象,对其根直径、根组织密度、比根长以及比表面积4个形态性状进行分析,探究不同生活史(11种一年生植物、6种多年生植物)之间1级根形态性状的差异。结果表明:镜泊湖熔岩台地一年生植物水棘针和多年生植物斑叶堇菜的1级根根直径、根组织密度、比表面积最大,蛇床和全叶马兰的比根长最大。多年生植物的1级根根直径明显大于一年生植物且差异显著(P<0.05),一年生植物的1级根比根长明显大于多年生植物且差异显著(P<0.05),1级根根组织密度、比表面积在一年生、多年生植物中差异不显著。
In order to understand the root functional traits characterizion of the herbaceous plants and to reveal the root adaptive mechanisms and strategies of the herbaceous with different life histories in Jingpo Lake lava plateau.In this study,we analyzed four morphological traits:root diameter,root tissue density,specific root length and specific surface area of 17 herbaceous plants from the Jingpo Lake lava plateau in Mudanjiang,and explored the differences in roots morphological traits of different life histories(11 annuals and 6 perennials).The results showed that the annual plant Amethystea caerulea L.and the perennial plant Viola variegata Fisch ex Link first order roots have the largest root diameter,root tissue density and specific surface area,Cnidium monnieri L.and Aster pekinensis(Hance)Kitag first order roots have the largest specific root lengths in Jingpo Lake lava plateau.The perennial plants first order roots root diameter was significantly larger than that of annual plants(P<0.05),the specific root length of the annual plants first order roots was significantly larger than that of perennial plants(P<0.05),and the root tissue density and specific surface area of the first order roots were not significant difference among annual and perennial plants.
