镜泊湖熔岩台地16种木本植物吸收根形态性状研究

摘要 以镜泊湖熔岩台地16种木本植物吸收根为研究对象,分析其直径、比根长、比表面积以及组织密度4个细根形态性状,及其不同生活型(乔木和灌木)之间1级根性状的差异.结果表明:不同物种吸收根性状不同,乔木的根直径和组织密度大于灌木,比根长和比表面积小于灌木;乔木直径与组织密度呈显著负相关关系,与比表面积呈显著正相关关系,灌木与之相反;乔木更倾向于资源保守型生存策略,灌木更倾向于资源获取型生存策略. Sixteen species of woody plant absorbing roots from the lava platform of Jingpo Lake were used to ana-lyse four fine root morphological traits(root diameter,specific root length,specific root surface area and root tissue density),as well as the differences in first order root traits between their different life forms(trees and shrubs).The results showed that absorbing root traits differed among species,with root diameter and root tissue density being greater in trees than in shrubs,specific root length and specific root surface area being smaller than in shrubs,and that there was a significant negative correlation between root diameter and root tissue density and a significant posi-tive correlation between root diameter and specific root surface area in trees,and vice versa in shrubs,and that trees tended to favour resource-conservative and shrubs resource-acquisitive survival strategies.
