摘要
为筛选出适宜在广西南宁地区种植的优质设施甜椒品种,试验采用随机区组设计,以国内外引进的8个甜椒品种为材料,测定并分析不同品种甜椒的出苗率、农艺性状、抗病性、产量和果实性状等指标,并采用隶属函数法对果实品质进行综合分析评价。结果表明:‘黄色彩椒35-1676’的出苗率最高,达到98.61%;‘黄色怪物甜椒’株高最高,‘黄色彩椒35-1676’的茎粗和株幅最好;‘黄色彩椒35-1676’和‘黄椒1144’表现出了较好的抗病虫害能力;‘加州奇迹甜椒’果实横茎和果肉厚度最好,‘黄椒1144’果实纵茎和果形指数最大;单果重和产量均以‘黄色彩椒35-1676’最高,分别比对照增加了24.43%和15.45%;在营养品质方面,‘黄色彩椒35-1676’表现最好,果实中可溶性糖、维生素C含量最高,可滴定酸含量最低;隶属函数法分析表明,‘黄色彩椒35-1676’和‘黄椒1144’果实的隶属函数值综合排名高于对照,品质较好。因此,本试验条件下,‘黄色彩椒35-1676’和‘黄椒1144’的果实性状好、抗病性较强、产量高,适宜在广西地区进行种植推广。
To screen high-quality sweet pepper varieties suitable for protected cultivation in Nanning,Guangxi,a field experiment was conducted using a randomized block design.Eight sweet pepper cultivars introduced from domestic and international sources were evaluated for emergence rate,agronomic traits,disease resistance,yield,and fruit characteristics.A a membership function analysis was employed to comprehensively assess fruit quality.The results showed that‘Yellow Color Pepper 35-1676’had the highest emergence rate(98.61%).‘Yellow Monster Sweet Pepper’exhibited the tallest plants,while‘Yellow Color Pepper 35-1676’had the largest stem diameter and canopy width.Both‘Yellow Color Pepper 35-1676’and‘Yellow Pepper 1144’demonstrated strong resistance to diseases and pests.In terms of fruit morphology,‘California Miracle Sweet Pepper’had the greatest fruit diameter and pericarp thickness,while‘Yellow Pepper 1144’recorded the largest fruit length and highest fruit shape index.‘Yellow Color Pepper 35-1676’also achieved the highest single fruit weight and total yield,exceeding the control by 24.43%and 15.45%,respectively.Regarding nutritional quality,this cultivar exhibited the highest contents of soluble sugars and vitamin C,and the lowest titratable acid content.The membership function analysis ranked‘Yellow Color Pepper 35-1676’and‘Yellow Pepper 1144’above the control in overall fruit quality.In conclusion,under the conditions of this study,‘Yellow Color Pepper 35-1676’and‘Yellow Pepper 1144’exhibited good fruit characteristics,strong disease resistance,and high yield performance,making them suitable for extension and large-scale cultivation in Guangxi.
