唐山秋瓜种质资源营养品质分析与综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Fruit Nutritional Quality of Tangshan Autumn Cucumber Germplasm Resources

摘要 目的:为提升唐山秋瓜营养品质,研究综合评价唐山秋瓜品质的方法。方法:以25个不同类型唐山秋瓜种质资源为研究对象,测定其商品瓜的6个营养指标,并对各品质指标进行差异性和相关性分析,对果实营养品质进行主成分分析。结果:商品瓜的6个营养指标中可溶性糖与可溶性固形物、蛋白质之间呈极显著正相关关系,可溶性固形物与蛋白质之间呈极显著的正相关关系。黄瓜营养品质中可溶性固形物、蛋白质、可溶性糖、Vc含量、可滴定酸5个性状指标涵盖了原始信息的85.43%,其中综合得分较高的前3份种质资源分别为Tas1837、Tas1854、Tas1848。结论:结合不同种质资源在栽培中的实际表现与分析结果基本一致,认为主成分分析综合排名能在一定程度上反映唐山秋瓜的营养品质。 Objective:In order to the nutritional quality of Tangshan autumn cucumber,study the method of comprehensive evaluation of Tangshan autumn cucumber.Methods:Tangshan autumn cucumber germplasm resources of different shape were taken as the research object,and six nutritional indexes of commercial melons were measured.The difference and correlation of each quality indicator were analyzed,and the flavor quality indicator was analyzed by Principal Component Analysis.Results:There was significant correlation among soluble sugar,soluble solids and protein in the six nutritional indexes of commercial melon were highly significant positive correlation.Selection of breeding material about nutrient quality were decided by five nutrient quality characters(soluble solids,proteins,soluble sugars,Vc,titraTab.acids,etc.),the determination coefficient was 85.43%.The composite score of Tas1837、Tas1854 and Tas1848 ranked the top 3.Conclusion:Combined with actual performance and analysis result of different germplasm resources in the cultivation were basically consistent,it was considered that the comprehensive evaluation indicator of Tangshan autumn cucumber quality could be reflected by Principal Component Analysis to a certain extent.
