摘要
针对医院电子病历系统(EMR)卡顿故障对医疗工作效率的影响,提出了一种基于多维监控和智能分析的快速定位与处置流程优化方案。通过构建系统性能监控指标体系、设计故障树分析(FTA)模型,并引入自动化处置脚本库,该方案成功实现了故障从检测到修复的平均响应时间缩短67%。在某三甲医院的实际应用中,系统卡顿投诉率下降了82%,医生病历录入效率提升了40%。研究结果表明,该方法显著提高了EMR系统的可用性与稳定性,为智慧医院建设提供了有力的技术支撑。
A fast positioning and disposal process optimization scheme based on multidimensional monitoring and intelligent analysis is proposed to address the problem of lagging faults in hospital electronic medical record systems(EMR)affecting medical work efficiency.By constructing a system performance monitoring indicator system,designing a Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)model,and introducing an automated disposal script library,the average response time from fault detection to repair has been reduced by 67%.In practical application in a tertiary hospital,the complaint rate of system lag has decreased by 82%,and the efficiency of doctor medical record entry has increased by 40%.The research results indicate that this method can significantly improve the availability and stability of EMR systems,providing technical support for the construction of smart hospitals.
