中医规范术语在结构化电子病历中应用体系的研究 被引量:11

摘要 中医临床规范术语如何为结构化电子病历(临床科研信息共享系统)提供支撑服务,不仅是国内亟待解决的问题,也是国际上面临的重要难题。研究以既往研究成果—借鉴SNOMED构建模型研制的《中医临床术语集》为基础,以中医结构化电子病历及数据挖掘平台为技术平台,通过建立术语字典这个中间体,将《中医临床术语集》中的术语集成映射到术语字典,实现了术语字典与病历模板编辑器的有机衔接,构建了中医临床规范术语在结构化电子病历中应用的方法及技术体系。 How to TCM clinical Standard terms applying in the electronic medical records system, which not only is domestic problems need to be solved, but is the important international Problem. This study, we made preliminary research results- "TCM clinical terms set" which was learned from SNOMED CT clinical terminology set to establish as the research base, We made TCM structured electronic medical records system (TCM clinical research information collection system) as technology platform, We established terms dictionary which is a intermediate. Based on the clinical needs of ,concept of the terms, synonymous terms, coding and other property records will be extracted out fi'om the "TCM clinical terms set" and re-organized to the terms dictitonarv, We achieve Organic convergence ofterminology dictionary and medical record template editor. We form method and technology research system of "TCM clinical terms set" applying in the TCM structured electronic medical records system.
