摘要
文章聚焦于涂料仓库自动化信息管理系统,详细阐述了其设计和研发过程。该系统采用“云、边、端”架构,结合RFID无线射频技术,对涂料的入库、出库、库存等环节进行全流程监控,旨在解决涂料仓库管理强度大、成本高以及人工记录易出错等问题。经测试,系统在退料流程、温湿度监测等方面表现良好,为提升涂料仓库管理效率和精细化水平提供了有效的解决方案,推动了仓库管理的智能化发展。
This article focuses on the automated information management system for paint warehouses,detailing its design and development process.The system adopts a“cloud,edge,and end”architecture,combined with RFID wireless radio frequency technology,to monitor the entire process of paint warehousing,outbound,and inventory,aiming to solve the problems of high management intensity,high cost,and easy errors in manual recording of paint warehouses.After testing,the system has performed well in the return process,temperature and humidity monitoring,and other aspects,providing an effective solution for improving the efficiency and refinement level of paint warehouse management,and promoting the intelligent development of warehouse management.
