摘要
目的 分析精细化管理在医院医用耗材管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月—2024年8月广州市红十字会医院10名耗材管理相关工作人员为研究对象。2022年7月—2023年7月实施传统管理,作为管理前。2023年8月—2024年8月实施精细化管理,作为管理后。对比管理前后工作人员综合管理能力及核心胜任力。结果 管理后工作人员的综合管理能力评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后工作人员的专业能力、管理技能、个体特质、人际关系评分分别为(15.84±1.31)分、(31.04±1.35)分、(17.43±1.37)分、(7.41±1.18)分,均高于管理前的(13.26±1.22)分、(25.41±1.24)分、(15.34±1.24)分、(6.32±1.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.558、9.713、3.577、2.146,P均<0.05)。结论 医院医用耗材管理中应用精细化管理,可提高工作人员综合管理能力及核心胜任力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined management in hospital medical consumables man⁃agement.Methods Ten staff members related to consumables management in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from July 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.From July 2022 to July 2023,traditional management was implemented as pre-management.From August 2023 to August 2024,refined management was implemented as post-management.Compared the comprehensive management ability and core competence of the staff before and after management.Results The scores of comprehensive management ability of staff after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of professional abil⁃ity,management skill,individual trait and interpersonal relationship of staff after management were 15.84±1.31,31.04±1.35,17.43±1.37 and 7.41±1.18,which were higher than 13.26±1.22,25.41±1.24,15.34±1.24 and 6.32±1.09 before management,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.558,9.713,3.577,2.146,all P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The application of fine management in the management of medical consumables in hospitals can improve the comprehensive management ability and core competence of staff.
