摘要
目的 探讨隔姜温灸阳明胃经联合太阴脾经对胃肠手术后腹胀、呕吐的影响。方法 选择2020年4月—2022年10月兴国县人民医院进行胃肠手术治疗的患者74例,使用随机数字表法分成对照组(37例)和观察组(37例)。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组给予隔姜温灸阳明胃经联合太阴脾经治疗。比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况,腹胀、恶心评分,生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组腹胀、恶心评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、活力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 隔姜温灸阳明胃经联合太阴脾经能有效促进胃肠手术后患者恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of warm moxibustion with ginger separated on Yangming stomach meridian combined with Taiyin spleen meridian on abdominal distension and vomiting after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Seventy-four patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in Xingguo County People’s Hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were divided into a control group of 37 cases and an observation group of 37 cases by the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with warm moxibustion with ginger separated on the Yangming stomach meridian combined with the Taiyin spleen meridian.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,scores of abdominal distension and nausea,and scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,the time of first exhaust,and the time of first defecation of the patients in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension and nausea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of physical function,mental health,emotional function,and vitality were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm moxibustion with ginger separated on the Yangming stomach meridian combined with the Taiyin spleen meridian can effectively promote the recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
