摘要
目的:分析维生素C物理喷雾在全身麻醉下胃肠手术后口渴患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年6—10月于深圳市第三人民医院行全身麻醉下胃肠手术的患者90例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为生理盐水组、维生素C组、对照组,各30例。生理盐水组于嘴唇、口腔喷生理盐水,维生素C组于嘴唇、口腔喷维生素C注射液,对照组用浸入生理盐水的棉签涂抹口唇。比较三组口渴感知度、满意度、口渴缓解效果。结果:生理盐水组、维生素C组口渴感知度低于对照组(P<0.05),维生素C组口渴感知度低于生理盐水组(P<0.05);维生素C组满意度高于对照组和生理盐水组(P<0.05);维生素C组口渴缓解总有效率高于生理盐水组、对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素C物理喷雾可以更有效地缓解全身麻醉下胃肠手术后患者口渴状况,患者满意度更高。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of vitamin C physical spray in patients with thirst after gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of ninety patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia at Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from June to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the normal saline group,the vitamin C group and the control group by the random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The normal saline group sprayed normal saline on the lips and mouth,the vitamin C group sprayed vitamin C injection on the lips and mouth,and the control group applied cotton swabs immersed in normal saline to the lips.The perception of thirst,satisfaction degree and thirst relief effect among the three groups were compared.Results:The perception of thirst in the normal saline group and the vitamin C group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the perception of thirst in the vitamin C group was lower than that in the normal saline group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the vitamin C group was higher than that of the control group and the normal saline group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of thirst relief in the vitamin C group was higher than that in the normal saline group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin C physical spray can more effectively relieve the thirst of patients after gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
