摘要
随着全球制造业的数字化转型,智能制造已成为提高生产效率和产品质量的关键驱动力。另外,近期人工智能(AI)技术的快速进步,特别是大模型的应用,为智能制造的发展提供了新的机遇。人工智能,尤其是大模型(如GPT-4、BERT等)的崛起,为制造业的各项功能(如设计、生产、物流)提供了强大的算法支持。然而,尽管AI在制造领域发挥的作用日益增强,其核心能力的发挥依旧受限于特定知识背景的欠缺。文章提供了一种AI外挂专业知识库大模型的搭建方案,用以支撑AI大模型在智能制造中应用,以最大化其效益。该方案已经在某大型制造企业广泛应用,给企业带来质量、成本等多方面收益。
With the digital transformation of global manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing has become a key driving force for improving production efficiency and product quality.In addition,the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technologies,especially the application of large models,provides new opportunities for the development of intelligent manufacturing.Artificial Intelligence,especially the rise of large models(such as GPT-4 and BERT),provides powerful algorithm support for various functions(such as design,production,and logistics)of the manufacturing industry.However,although AI plays an increasingly important role in the manufacturing field,the exercise of its core capabilities is still limited by the lack of specific knowledge backgrounds.This paper provides a solution for building a large model of AI external professional knowledge base to support the application of the AI Large Model in intelligent manufacturing to maximize its benefits.This solution has been widely used in a large manufacturing enterprise,bringing quality,cost and other benefits to the enterprise.
