摘要
随着大语言模型技术的快速发展,人工智能正在深入赋能各行各业。本文以中国电建集团水电行业标书制作为研究对象,探讨了人工智能在标书制作中的创新应用。目前,水电行业标书制作主要依赖人工,存在制作周期长、出错概率较大、人力成本高等问题。文章提出了基于大语言模型的标书制作智能化解决方案,主要包括四个核心功能:智能生成、智能优化、智能检查和智能推荐。通过构建专业知识库,结合知识增强检索、智能体等先进技术,可以实现标书内容的智能生成、优化、检查和推荐。研究还深入分析了标书制作中的关键技术难点,并提出了相应的解决策略。
With the rapid development of large language model technology,artificial intelligence is deeply empowering various industries.This paper takes the bid document preparation in the hydropower industry of China Power Construction Corporation as the research object,exploring innovative applications of artificial intelligence in bid document creation.Currently,bid document preparation in the hydropower industry primarily relies on manual work,facing challenges such as long production cycles,high error probabilities,and high labor costs.The paper proposes an intelligent solution for bid document preparation based on large language models,primarily comprising four core functions:intelligent generation,intelligent optimization,intelligent verification,and intelligent recommendation.By constructing a professional knowledge base and integrating advanced technologies like RAG,Agent,the system can achieve intelligent generation,optimization,verification,and recommendation.The research also conducts an in-depth analysis of key technical challenges in bid document preparation and provides corresponding solution strategies.
