摘要
为提升智能农机装备的信息化与自动化水平,推动现代农业高效发展,实现农机作业数据实时采集、远程智能控制及精准化管理等功能,该文运用物联网技术集成构建智能农机装备管理系统,采用传感器感知技术、无线通信技术和边缘计算技术等多层次技术架构,实现农机运行状态的实时感知和设备与用户的精准互动。实际应用结果表明,基于物联网技术集成的智能农机装备系统在精准农业作业、设备远程诊断与预测维护等场景中表现出显著优势,能有效提高农业机械的作业质量、作业效率和资源利用率,推动农业生产向数字化、智能化方向迈进。
In order to improve the informationisation and automation level of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment,promote the efficient development of modern agriculture,and realise the functions of real-time data collection,remote intelligent control and precise management of agricultural machinery operations,this article applies the Internet of Things(IoT)technology to integrate and build an intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment management system,adopting a multi-level technical architecture such as sensor sensing technology,wireless communication technology,and edge computing technology,and realising the real-time operation status of agricultural machinery It adopts multi-layer technology architecture such as sensor perception technology and wireless communication technology and edge computing technology to achieve real-time perception of the running status of agricultural machinery and accurate interaction between equipment and users.Practical application results show that the intelligent agricultural equipment system based on IoT technology integration shows significant advantages in precision agricultural operations,remote diagnosis and predictive maintenance of equipment and other scenarios,which can effectively improve the operational quality of agricultural machinery,operational efficiency and resource utilisation,and promote agricultural production to the direction of digitalisation and intelligentisation.
