液压旋转阀激振器流体流动特性研究

摘要 旋转阀激振器是由圆柱形阀芯转动调节流体,旋转过程中的流体流动特性对流体控制具有重要意义。通过建立旋转阀及相连接的激振器流体流动模型,针对不同旋转速度、不同进出口油压差等条件下的旋转阀及激振器流场特性进行了分析。结果表明,建立的模型能够准确描述旋转阀激振器的流动特性;在研究的工况范围内,随着旋转速度增加,激振器的震荡频率随之增加,但震荡振幅有所减小;随着进出口压差加大,激振器震荡的震荡频率略微增长,而震荡幅值几乎随压差变化线性增加。 The rotary valve exciter regulates fluid flow through the rotation of a cylindrical valve core,and the fluid flow characteristics during the rotation process are of significant importance for fluid control.By establishing a fluid flow model for the rotary valve and its connected exciter,the flow field characteristics of the rotary valve and exciter under various conditions,such as different rotational speeds and different inlet-outlet oil pressure differentials,were analyzed.The results indicate that the established model can accurately describe the flow characteristics of the rotary valve exciter.Within the studied operating conditions,as the rotational speed increases,the oscillation frequency of the exciter increases,while the oscillation amplitude decreases.As the inlet-outlet pressure differential increases,the oscillation frequency of the exciter exhibits a slight increase,whereas the oscillation amplitude increases almost linearly with the pressure differential.
