电气工作票、操作票制度的开展减少了工厂安全事故的发生,但在实施过程中经常会出现误填、漏填、人-票不一致等问题,两票管理的质量难以保证。介绍了一种将两票系统与人脸识别门禁管理系统联动的方案,以实现两票的自动生成和高压室门禁系统权限的实时导入。现场作业人员通过人脸识别进入高压室,系统自动触发相关事件,调用摄像头自动抓拍并存档,确保现场作业人员“人-票一致”。该系统的投入,规范了高压室的作业流程,有效地保障了两票制度的顺利开展。
The implementation of the electrical work permit and operation permit system has reduced the occurrence of safety accidents in factories.However,during its execution,problems such as incorrect filling,omission,and inconsistency between personnel and permits frequently arise,making it difficult to ensure the quality of two-permit management.A scheme that integrates the two-permit system with a facial recognition access control management system is introduced.This scheme enables the automatic generation of the two permits and the real-time import of access permissions for the high-voltage room′s access control system.Field operators gain entry to the high-voltage room through facial recognition,and the system automatically triggers relevant events,prompting cameras to capture and archive images automatically,thereby ensuring"personnel-permit consistency"among field operators.The deployment of this system has standardized the operational procedures in the high-voltage room and effectively ensured the smooth implementation of the two-permit system.
