随着电力行业的快速发展,运行人员管辖的变电站和设备越来越多,需要编制的电气操作票也越来越多。在计算机网络时代,利用信息网络优势,开发一套具备智能化的操作票开票系统,简化操作票的执行,可靠保存存档票,远程统计、查询、审核、归档操作票,能够极大的提高发电厂自动化水平,具有较好的使用价值。
With the rapid developments of power industry, there are more and more substation and equipment which are under the jurisdiction of operating personnel. There are more and more electrical operation orders which are in need of compilation. In the era of computer network, it can greatly improve automation level of power generation factory and it has better application value by making use of information network advantages, develop an intelligent ticket system, simplify the implementation of ticket operation and base on reliable preservation archive votes, remote statistics, query, audit and archiving operation orders.
