摘要
基于超宽带(UWB)技术的露天矿人员定位系统旨在应对复杂矿区环境中人员定位的高精度需求。分析了露天矿场动态作业环境的特性和人员定位需求,设计了一套基于TOA、TDOA模型和优化算法的定位系统。系统硬件包括UWB基站、定位标签及地面控制中心,采用模块化架构和高效数据传输方式;软件层通过结合SDS-TWR优化算法和鲁棒卡尔曼滤波,实现了对多径效应和非视距误差的有效抑制。仿真实验验证表明,改进算法显著提升了定位精度,均方根误差降低至0.43 m,误差波动小于0.12 m,信号覆盖率达到99%以上,满足厘米级高精度需求。系统已在露天矿动态作业场景中完成部署与测试,结果显示,该系统具备高稳定性和可靠性,为矿区人员管理和安全监控提供了技术支持。
The personnel positioning system for open-pit mines based on Ultra Wide Band(UWB)technology is designed to meet the high-precision requirements for personnel positioning in complex mining environments.The characteristics of the dynamic operational environment and personnel positioning needs in open-pit mines were analyzed,and a positioning system was devised based on TOA,TDOA models,and optimization algorithms.The system hardware comprises UWB base stations,positioning tags,and a ground control center,adopting a modular architecture and efficient data transmission methods.At the software level,through the integration of the SDS-TWR optimization algorithm and robust Kalman filtering,effective suppression of multipath effects and non-line-of-sight errors is achieved.Simulation experiments demonstrate that the improved algorithm significantly enhances positioning accuracy,with the root mean square errorreduced to 0.43 m,error fluctuations less than 0.12 m,and signal coverage exceeding 99%,thereby meeting centimeter-level high-precision requirements.The system has been deployed and tested in dynamic operational scenarios of open-pit mines,with results indicating that it exhibits high stability and reliability,providing technical support for personnel management and safety monitoring in mining areas.
