电动轮铲板车故障诊断与监控系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对电动轮铲板车运行于煤矿井下恶劣的工作环境造成车辆故障频发及后方技术支持不便导致井下维修困难的状态,基于车载整车VCU控制平台,根据电动轮铲板车运行状态参数特点,设计出电动轮铲板车故障诊断与监控系统。以VCU为核心,根据采集车辆各种运行参数信号及车辆运行逻辑状态,建立车辆故障诊断模型,判断车辆的实时运行状态,车辆正常运行时可以清晰直观地监控运行参数和状态。如果车辆状态异常、发生故障,故障诊断模块将诊断出具体故障,通过CAN总线将故障信号传输至组态显示屏上显示。车辆实际运行结果表明,该系统能够快速准确地定位车辆故障,在维修环境恶劣的井下能够提高车辆的维修效率,保证车辆的高可靠运行率。 In view of the frequent vehicle failures caused by the bad working environment of the electric wheel shovel truck in the coal mine and the difficult maintenance state caused by the inconvenience of rear technical support,the fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the electric wheel shovel truck was designed based on the vehicle VCU control platform and according to the characteristics of the operating state parameters of the electric wheel shovel truck.The system takes VCU as the core,according to the collection of various vehicle operation parameter signals and the vehicle operation logic state,establishes the vehicle fault diagnosis model,judges the real-time operation state of the vehicle,and can clearly and intuitively monitor the operation parameters and state when the vehicle operates normally.If the vehicle status is abnormal and a fault occurs,the fault diagnosis module will diagnose the specific fault and transmit the fault signal to the configuration display screen through the CAN bus.The actual operation results of the vehicle show that the system can quickly and accurately locate vehicle faults,greatly improve the maintenance efficiency of the vehicle underground in the harsh maintenance environment,and ensure the high reliable operation rate of the vehicle.
