摘要
为进一步研究煤矿掘进机无线遥控器可能的优化路径,结合已有工程经验,整合人机工程学相关理论,以“手握式”设计模式为基础,设计一种煤矿掘进机无线遥控器模型,并对其基本结构和关键参数等进行选型设计。结果表明,该无线遥控器不仅具有较强的抗跌落冲击能力,而且基本符合人机工程学设计理念,表明该煤矿掘进机无线遥控器较适用于掘进机的控制操作,具有潜在应用价值。
To further explore potential optimization pathways for the wireless remote controller of coal mine roadheaders,relevant engineering experiences were integrated alongside ergonomic theories.Based on the"handheld"design mode,a model of the wireless remote controller for coal mine roadheaders was designed,with selections made regarding its basic structure and key parameters.The results demonstrated that this wireless remote controller not only exhibited strong resistance to drop impacts but also substantially conformed to ergonomic design principles.This indicates that the wireless remote controller for coal mine roadheaders is well-suited for controlling roadheader operations and holds significant potential for practical applications.
