浅谈液化天然气接收站中仪表低温控制阀选型设计

摘要 液化天然气接收站工艺中,介质处于-160℃以下的超低温状态。用于液化天然气的低温仪表控制阀,相比常规仪表阀门,有着诸多特殊要求。考虑到液化天然气的超低温环境以及其易燃易爆的危险性,其对阀型、阀体、阀座、阀盖、密封机构、材质、防火设计等方面都有着特殊要求。根据国内外标准要求及工程经验,对液化天然气接收站中仪表控制阀的选型设计要求进行了归纳、总结及讨论,为相关设计工作提供参考。 In the process of a liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving terminal,the medium is in an ultra-low temperature state below-160℃.Compared to conventional instrumentation valves,the cryogenic instrumentation control valves used for liquefied natural gas have many special requirements.Considering the ultra-low temperature environment of LNG and its hazardous nature of being flammable and explosive,there are specific requirements for the valve type,valve body,valve seat,valve cover,sealing mechanism,materials,and fireproof design.Based on domestic and international standards and engineering experience,summary and discussion have been made about the selection and design requirements for instrumentation control valves in LNG receiving terminals,providing a reference for related design work.
