摘要
针对洗煤厂皮带输送机运行期间产生的高浓度颗粒物污染问题,亟需在设备结构中集成粉尘控制组件以实现作业环境优化,开发了一款适用于皮带输送机的密闭式抑尘装置,通过螺栓连接技术将薄型金属板材与L型支撑框架进行模块化组装,重点分析了该防护结构的力学特征与工程实施效果。实验数据显示,该创新性除尘系统在粉尘浓度抑制与声压级控制方面具有显著效能,有效提升了工业场所的空气质量与职业健康保障水平。
In response to the issue of high-concentration particulate matter pollution generated during the operation of belt conveyors in coal washing plants,it is urgent to integrate dust control components into the equipment structure to optimize the working environment.A closed-type dust suppression device suitable for belt conveyors was developed,utilizing bolt connection technology for modular assembly of thin metal sheets with L-shaped support frames.The mechanical characteristics and engineering implementation effects of this protective structure were analyzed in detail.Experimental data revealed that this innovative dust removal system demonstrated significant efficacy in suppressing dust concentration and controlling sound pressure levels,thereby effectively enhancing air quality and occupational health protection standards in industrial settings.
