露天煤矿抛掷爆破及拉铲倒堆开采工艺优化研究

摘要 为控制矿山开采中的炸药单耗量,降低拉铲倒堆开采再倒堆系数,以某露天煤矿为例,开展抛掷爆破及拉铲倒堆开采工艺优化的研究。根据抛掷率与台阶高度的非线性关系,进行露天煤矿抛掷爆破台阶高度优化设计;根据作业需求,进行拉斗铲选型与基本作业方式设计;综合考虑单位斗容年生产能力、抛掷爆破有效抛掷率及重复倒堆率等因素,优化拉铲倒堆开采工艺参数。结果表明,设计的工艺在应用中,不仅可以降低炸药单耗量,还能有效控制拉铲倒堆开采中的再倒堆系数,从而实现对露天煤矿开采过程的全面优化。 To control the specific charge of explosives in mine exploitation and reduce the re-dumping coefficient in dragline stripping mining,a study on the optimization of cast blasting and dragline stripping mining technology was conducted,taking a certain open-pit coal mine as an example.Based on the nonlinear relationship between the cast ratio and bench height,an optimized design for the bench height of cast blasting in the open-pit coal mine was carried out.According to operational requirements,the selection of the dragline and the design of its basic operating methods were conducted.Considering factors such as the annual production capacity per unit bucket capacity,the effective cast ratio of cast blasting,and the repeated dumping rate,the process parameters of dragline stripping mining were optimized.The results showed that the application of the designed process not only reduced the specific charge of explosives but also effectively controlled the re-dumping coefficient in dragline stripping mining,thereby achieving comprehensive optimization of the open-pit coal mine exploitation process.
