摘要
研究春播和夏播玉米子粒乳线与子粒水分含量、子粒干重和品质的动态变化关系。结果表明,春播和夏播玉米子粒乳线位置随授粉日数的推迟逐渐向下降移动。子粒水分含量随子粒乳线位置的下移呈逐渐降低趋势。随子粒乳线位置的下移,子粒干重逐步增加;子粒粗蛋白、粗脂肪呈逐渐下降、子粒粗淀粉呈逐渐升高趋势。Pearson相关分析表明,春播和夏播子粒乳线位置与子粒水分含量、子粒粗脂肪含量、子粒粗蛋白含量呈极显著或显著正相关,与子粒干重、子粒粗淀粉含量呈极显著负相关;与最高气温、最低气温呈正相关性或显著正相关,与日照时数呈极显著正相关。子粒乳线位置与子粒水分含量、子粒干重、子粒粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗淀粉含量、气温和日照时数动态变化密切相关。
The study aimed to elucidate the dynamic change relationship between grain milk line,grain mois⁃ture content,grain dry weight,and quality in spring and summer sowing maize.The results showed that the grain milk line position in spring and summer sowing maize gradually moved down with the delay of pollination days.The grain moisture content gradually decreased with the downward movement of the milk line position.The dynamic changes of the grain milk line position and the grain dry weight showed opposite trends,with the downward move⁃ment of the grain milk line position,the grain dry weight gradually increased.With the downward movement of the grain milk line position,the grain crude protein and fat gradually decreased,and the grain crude starch gradually in⁃creased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant or significant positive correlation be⁃tween the grain milk line position and the grain moisture content,grain crude fat content,and grain crude protein content,and significant negative correlation between the grain milk line position and the grain dry weight and grain crude starch content in spring and summer sowing maize,there was a positive correlation or significant positive cor⁃relation between the grain milk line position and maximum temperature,minimum temperature,and significant pos⁃itive correlation between the grain milk line position and sunshine hours.The grain milk line position was closely re⁃lated to the dynamic changes of the grain moisture content,grain dry weight,grain crude protein,crude fat,crude starch content,temperature and sunshine hours.
