摘要
借助IBM22008 neighbors高密度遗传图谱整合802个玉米茎秆倒伏相关QTL,采用元分析方法获得64个MQTL(meta quantitative trait loci,MQTL),覆盖玉米全基因组。与水稻抗倒伏基因同源比对获得5个玉米茎秆倒伏相关候选基因,分别定位在玉米第1、3、4和9染色体上。通过基因表达分析表明,5个候选基因可能参与茎秆发育生物学过程,进而调控对茎秆机械强度。玉米茎秆倒伏相关性状MQTL及候选基因分析可以为分子标记辅助育种及相关基因克隆提供信息。
Mining stalk lodging related genes is significant for maize variety improvement and molecular mark⁃er-assisted breeding(MAS).In this study,64 meta-quantitative trait loci(MQTLs)were obtained by integrating 802 maize stalk lodging related QTLs using the IBM22008 neighbors high-density genetic map,covering the entire maize genome.By comparing with rice cloned lodging orthologous genes,five candidate genes related to lodging re⁃sistance of maize stalk were obtained,located on maize chromosome 1,3,4,and 9,respectively.Gene expression analysis indicates that these 5 genes may be involved in the biological process of stalk development,thereby regulat⁃ing the mechanical strength of the stalk.Analysis of MQTLs and related candidate genes for lodging related traits of maize stalk can provide useful information for molecular marker-assisted breeding and the cloning of related genes.
